Respected Sir,
Correspondences have been made from time to time to remove the injustice against the employees and officials of Mumbai Municipal Corporation. It is expected to remove the above injustice by meeting with the Additional Commissioner coming to the municipality. However, the officials who do injustice to the backward classes are freed by misleading the Additional Commissioners and giving standard answers as usual.
Therefore, the unfairly affected backward class employees-officers suffer injustice for years and retire.
1) To appoint a full-time ‘Deputy Commissioner’ grade officer for BC Cell.
The Backward Class Cell is functioning under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (G.A.) under General Administration. Due to which backward class employees-officers do not get justice.
The Liaison Officer (Backward Class Cell) has been given the additional charge of Backward Class ‘Deputy Commissioner’ in the municipality. However, they are not empowered to make decisions.
2) Backward class organizations working in various institutions of the government are given space for office. According to that, according to the instructions given by the National Scheduled Caste Commission, the implementation of the order of the Hon’ble Additional Commissioner (ES) to provide office space to the only backward class organization in the municipality.
3) Under the misapprehension that only Mr. Rajesh Kurhade has administrative experience and knowledge of the subject in the Territorial hospital, the Joint Commissioner (G.A.) assigned Mr. Kurhade to stay at one place for about 24 years (College Establishment, K .E.M.Hospital) regarding doing injustice to the backward class officials by keeping them illegally.
4) Disobeying the orders of the Hon’ble High Court and misleading the Muncipal Commissioner of the municipality by defying the orders of the Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Devendra Fadnavis.And taking strict action against Joint Commissioner Milin Sawant for depriving Backward Class candidate Adv. Sanghmitra Sandan Singh.
5) To eliminate the injustice done to backward class candidate Dr. Yashwant Gabhale by not promoting him even though he was qualified for promotion by the promotion committee.
Correspondences have been made from time to time regarding the above questions. But they are not being taken into consideration. Also, the injustice done is being supported lamely by the municipal administration.
However, it is a humble request that an immediate hearing be organized in your office regarding the said question and an officer of the rank of ‘Additional Commissioner’ be called for the said hearing.
